Hold the stick's button for 10 seconds, until the light flashes red and purple. Your settings are erased, the password on the sticker works again, and it stays linked to your console. Set it up as the first time: a computer at http://192.168.5.1, or a USB charger and the sticker's Wi-Fi at http://192.168.4.1. Factory reset on the stick's page goes further: this unlinks the stick from your console. Your console and your texts history stay. To use it again, add it from your console with the claim code on the card in its box.
